We will fight against diabetes by:
1 Consume 2 servings of milk skim each day. Each party will be deduct up to 20% excess insulin resistance.
2 Exchange. Choose dairy, snacks instead of high and low carbohydrate fibres, such as soft drinks, candy or fast food.
3 Accompanying milk with fruit, vegetables and whole grains. We can add pieces of fresh fruit in the yogurt for breakfast. Or low fat cheese melted on whole wheat bread.
